STATE APPRENTICESHIP AGENCIES TO SET FORTH LABOR STANDARDS TO
SAFEGUARD THE WELFARE OF APPRENTICES AND EXTEND THE APPLICATION OF
SUCH STANDARDS BY SUBSCRIBING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES CONCERNING
THE REGISTRATION FOR CERTAIN FEDERAL PURPOSES OF ACCEPTABLE
APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMS.
