Approved as
amended by DOL's 11/24/93 memorandum to OMB. As DOL has requested,
approval through July 1995 will enable the Indian and Nativ
Hawaiian Title II reporting system to transition to the SPIR, when
the IASR will be eliminated from this package. The implementation
of the SPIR will also allow DOL to introduce a performance
weighting scheme, which provides greater weight for positive
terminations associated wit both an employability enhancement and
an unsubsized job placement (terminations assocaited with only one
of these outcomes will receive a lesser weight).
