Abstract: State Employment Security Agencies use forms in servicing agricultural employers to insure their labor needs for domestic migratory agricultural workers are met, in helping domestic agricultural workers in locating jobs expeditiously and orderly, and insure exposure of employment opportunities to domestic agricultural workers before certification for employment of foreign workers.
