Terms of Clearance: The generic clearance is approved subject to the following conditions: (1) the Mint will submit individual data collections to OMB for expedited review; (2) the Mint provides OMB with annual reports that summarize data collections, methodologies used, response rates when appropriate, survey results, and uses of results; (3) any cost burden imposed on respondents will be estimated in individual data collection requests; and (4) the confidentiality of survey data will be protected by agreement with contractors that conduct data collections for the Mint.
