Abstract: This is a generic clearance for an undefined number of surveys that the Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) may conduct over the next 3 years. The PTO conducts these surveys to implement E.O. 12862 Setting Customer Service Standards. These surveys may be conducted in a variety of forms, such as telephone surveys, face-to-face interviews, mail surveys, questionnaires, comment cards, and focus groups.
