Terms of Clearance: OMB clears this information collection contingent upon Agency compliance with the following. In the QC review period immediately following the implementation of the rule governing race and ethnicity standards for FNS, the Agency must use these new standards. Specifically, the Agency must use the new race and ethnicity standards beginning October 1, 2004 (FY05). The Agency has stipulated to this despite the vague language in its passback responses.
