The Older Americans Act (OAA) requires
annual program performance reports from the States to meet
statutory requirements under the OAA including evaluation of
program operations, preparation of reports for the Congress, and
response to other Federal agencies and to other public and private
sector agencies and organizations. The information is also needed
to meet GPRA requirements.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies

1320.8(b)(3).
