OMB made two
changes to the burden estimates. For hour burden, the adjustment
increase was reduced to eliminate double counting current IC
authorizations actions 1, 2, 3 in the hiring process. For cost
burden, the requested burden was changed to reflect the currently
approved burden in OMB's inventory.
