Short Statement: The survey was revised to include the measuring of how many people are aware of NAD’s services. The survey was enlarged to measure this awareness while also documenting appellant satisfaction. As time passes, NAD will now be able to measure both impact of its public awareness campaign and compare appellant satisfaction level
