This program change increase of
47,263 annual burden hours[4,600,000 proposed burden hours(rounded
up from 4,595,937) - 4,552,737 currently approved 2126-0025 ICR
burden hours = 47,263] is due to an NPRM requirement for household
goods motor carriers operating in interstate commerce to submit a
quarterly report summarizing specific information about their
business operations.

with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
