Justification for Non-Substantial Change

On December 14, 2007 the Commission last received OMB approval for information collection 3060-0874. This collection includes FCC Forms 475-B and 2000. After receiving OMB approval for these forms and instructions, the Commission has determined that editorial changes are needed to the instructions for FCC Form 2000 to make sure that the instructions are clearer and easier for the public to understand.

Therefore, the Commission is submitting a non-substantial change request to OMB for the instructions for FCC Form 2000¹ for OMB review and approval.

1 On page two of the instructions, the paragraph in yellow highlight will be removed for the instructions since it is not entirely accurate. The Commission does not have a process in place that will take consumers to a page where they can download all forms. Since this is the case, we would like to remove the paragraph from page number two of the instructions.
