Part I, 1.7.1 Collection of Personal Demographic Data	Include text that previously appeared on the Personal Data Form Page (form page eliminated).
Part I, 2.6 Format Specifications. Revised Table of Page and Content Limits. Page allowance shortened from 25 to 12 pages for most applications; from 12 to 6 pages for other applications.	Peer Review Initiative Priority 2 - Improve the quality of review and reduce burden on peer reviewers by shortening the application.

Instructions for Research Strategy (includes Significance, Innovation and Approach) provided. Research Strategy replaces Background and Significance, Research Design and Methods, and Preliminary Studies/Progress Reports sections of Research Plan. 7.6 CDA Peer Review Process section added	Consistency between electronic and paper instructions.
