Permit application requirements in Section 507 and 508(g) of PL 95-87 require the applicant to submit the operations and reclamation plans for coal mining activities.
This information collection change merges the collection approved by OMB under 1029-0128 for the Excess Spoil rule published December 12, 2008, into the collection package for Part 780 approved under 1029-0036.
