Short Statement: Discontinued the Nursery Production Survey for this approval. Changed the Oregon Christmas Tree survey from biennial to annual. Adjusted the way in which we calculate burden for multiple mailings for the two Oregon surveys. Made minor adjustments to the remaining samples.
