The information collected will be used by ECA’s Office of Alumni Affairs to set up online user accounts for exchanges alumni who wish to access the State Exchange Programs Alumni website. This is a voluntary program for alumni of U.S. government-sponsored exchanges to not only verify their status or participation in a program, but to also connect with other alumni and aid embassy staff in their alumni outreach.
