Prior to the commencement of the Distillers Grains Survey forms distribution, the National Agricultural Statistics Service shall provide on its Internet site prominent links to instructions on how to obtain a set of finalized survey forms, including instructions and cover letters. The final forms and letters shall reflect any changes in the survey year, OMB number expiration date, and NASS leadership from those submitted for review.

Reinstate a large scale survey to measure livestock producers' use of distillers grains, and other crops, which are nutritional co-products of distilling processes, such as ethyl alcohol (ethanol) or bio-diesel production. This survey will be conducted once every five years. The burden displayed below is for the entire survey to be conducted in 2012, not an annual average.
