TITLE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION: Data.gov Customer Satisfaction Survey-

Data.gov (Req-11)


PURPOSE:

Collect feedback on customer satisfaction for Data.gov. The results of the survey will be used internally to improve service to agency customers and to improve the website experience.


This is a request to conduct a website customer satisfaction survey to comply with guidance outlined in OMB’s Digital Government Strategy.


DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS:

Individuals who visit the Data.gov website will be given the opportunity to complete a survey to satisfy the customer satisfaction metrics requirements of the Digital Government Strategy. Participation is voluntary and anonymous.
