ADJUSTMENT. There is no proposed change to the reporting or
recordkeeping requirements of this collection. The reporting and
recordkeeping requirements, and the methodology for calculating
burden, remain unchanged. The following items listed below are
changes to the collection: Increase in burden (i.e., burden
hours) is due to a change in the amount of vessel documentation
activities (i.e., submissions). Removed form CG-5397 as it is
fully accounted for under ICR 1625-0022. Added new forms CG-7042
and CG-7043 to improve customer service. Updates are provided for
cost burden associated with this collection of information. The
Coast Guard has updated printable instructions for this collection
of information.
