Abstract: Rule 30e-1 (17 CFR 270.30e-1) under the investment companies act of 1940 (15 U.S.C. 80a-1 et. seq) directs registered management investment companies to include reports, required to be transmitted to shareholders by Section 30(e) (15 U.S.C. 80a-29(e)) of the Investment Company Act, information set out in each investment company's registration form.
