Abstract: The information is needed to ensure that personnel aboard ships are made aware of the proper usage and stowage instructions for certain hazardous materials. Provisions are made for waivers of products in special DOT hazard classes. Respondents are suppliers and manufacturers of hazardous products used on ships.
