Abstract: This is a non-substantive change request. Currently, NASS is approved to conduct two coffee surveys twice a year. One questionnaire was targeting growers the other was targeting coffee millers. The majority of the millers are also growers, and following the most recent survey in December 2016, the NASS Hawaii office requested that the two surveys be combined into one to make it easier for the respondents to report.
