As part of its mission, EEOC is
committed to providing a program of education to keep the public
informed of the latest developments in equal employment opportunity
law. These training and technical assistance seminars are vital to
eliminating unlawful discrimination in the workplace, and to ensure
that the program is effective, EEOC needs feedback from
participants. This generic clearance covers various customer
feedback surveys EEOC will use in connection with training and
other interactions with stakeholders. The surveys are intended to
help the agency gauge the efficacy of the training
programs.
EEOC is requesting clearance of
various customer feedback surveys for the first time. These surveys
will be used to assess the effectiveness of various EEOC training
programs.
