Subject Line: Would you share your opinions about <species> hunting?

Dear <First name>,

Would you give us a hand? The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is conducting discussions with hunters to improve the National Migratory Bird Harvest Survey—a management tool critical to the future of migratory bird hunting.

We’d like to invite you to a virtual discussion with other hunters about this important <species> management tool. It will take about two hours, and as a thank you for sharing your time, we will give you a $40 VISA gift card for your participation in the interview and a $10 VISA gift card for participating in the testing.

If you are interested, please take two minutes to fill out a quick qualification form provided by DJ Case, an independent research firm facilitating the discussions on behalf of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. <link> (The USFWS or DJ Case will not use your information for any other purpose).

Thank you,

Kathy Fleming
