Abstract: Under Title 28, U.S. Code, Section 534, this collection requests Law Enforcement Officers Killed and Assaulted (LEOKA) data from local, state, tribal, and federal law enforcement agencies in order for the FBI UCR Program to serve as the national clearing house for collection and dissemination of LEOKA data.

Short Statement: The UCR Program frequently has questions for the state program managers and local LEAs. For the FBI to conduct this outreach with a larger universe of contributors, the UCR Program is including an additional 300 annual burden hours to this information collection request.
