Abstract: This information collection request is for a revision of the approved collection for the CN-OPS II (OMB Control No. 0584-0607), which collects data from a nationally representative sample of approximately 1,750 School Food Authority (SFA) Directors and a census of 55 State Child Nutrition (CN) Directors using online surveys.

Short Statement: This information collection is currently approved with 4,099 burden hours and 12,339 responses. Due to program changes resulting from using fewer pre-test participants and reduced burden because states no longer need to provide SFA director contact information in response to an e-mail notification, FNS estimates that the burden hours and responses will be reduced by 26 hours and 2 responses, respectively. With this revision, FNS estimates that this information collection will have 4,073 burden hours and 12,337 responses.
