include alternate choices.

OME Response: The Office of Migrant Education (OME) appreciates the commenter’s recommendation regarding alternate choices for minimum data element (MDE) #9, sex of the migratory child. Although we will proceed with the collection as currently structured (two options: “Male” or “Female”), we will consider options for future amendments to MDE #9.
