Request for Approval under the “Generic Clearance for the Collection of Routine Customer Feedback”

TITLE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION: Regional Discussion Follow Up Evaluation

PURPOSE: This evaluation is utilized as a voluntary tool for attendees of regional discussions to share their perceptions of the discussion, submit suggestions, comments, observations, and assess whether or not the discussion is achieving its desired goals. The information is aggregated and provided to discussion organizers and their leadership to guide the development of future discussions as well as determine success of the event. The questions asked in this survey are similar to prior evaluation surveys, however, more detail in response is requested.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS:

Respondents will be discussion participants including military and civilians.
