The objectives of NAFTA are to
eliminate barrier to trade between the United States, Mexico, and
Canada, and facilitate conditions of fair competition within the
free trade area. These forms are used to verify claims for
preferential tariff treatment under NAFTA.
In order to meet the
July 1st statutory deadline with a publication goal of July 6th for
The Agreement Between the United States of America, the United
Mexican States, and Canada (USMCA) Implementing Regulations Related
to the Marking Rules, Tariff-Rate Quotas, and other USMCA
Provisions interim final rule (IFR).
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
