Abstract: This study will calculate the cost of administering e-HIP in three States to determine the startup and ongoing costs of delivering financial incentives for purchasing qualifying foods (e.g., fruits and vegetables) at point of purchase to SNAP households through electronic benefit transfer (EBT) integration.
