Abstract: This is a national census of hospitals routinely providing maternity care in the United States and territories to gather information about their breastfeeding-related maternity care practices and to analyze trends and changes in these breastfeeding-related maternity practices over time. Data are collected via secure Web-based survey, and are the hospital level, related to the hospital's practices and policies. In this Reinstatement ICR, we request OMB approval to support two cycles of data collection in 2026 and 2028. There is no change to the estimated burden per response for survey completion. There are minor changes to survey content for the 2026 and 2028 surveys based on experience in fielding the 2022 and 2024 surveys.
