Third National Survey of WIC Participants (NSWP-III)

OMB 0584-0641

This collection will provide FNS with nationally representative estimates of improper payments from WIC arising from errors in the certification or denial of WIC applicants, in order to fulfill IPERIA requirements. In addition, information on participant experiences and State and local agency policies as they relate to certification will be collected.
