Direct User Fees for Inspection or Examination of U.S. and Foreign Commercial Vessels

OMB 1625-0074

The Coast Guard is required by the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990 to collect user fees from Coast Guard inspected commercial vessels. In order to do so the Coast Guard requires the submission of identifying information from the owners of these vessels.
