The SBA has implemented a common data repository to report performance and to develop predictive analytics to identify opportunities to enhance services across our resource partners. The information is collected using two forms. The Counseling Information form (641) is used to collect initial intake information and information from individual sessions that will allow SBA to measure program impacts. The management training form (888) is used to collect group information on training sessions, attendees and training topics. Collectively, both forms allow SBA to provide proper oversight, measure program impacts, and gain insights into trending topics of interest. SBA will use the information to ensure effective management of entrepreneurial development programs and to prepare reports for Congress and the Office of the President as requested.
