Dear GSA Customer:

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is deeply committed to better meeting the needs of those we serve. We periodically conduct customer surveys to gather information about satisfaction with the Procurement Contracting Officer (PCO) and contract award/mod process.

Within the next few days, you will receive an invitation to participate in our customer survey. The survey itself takes approximately 10 minutes to complete, and we will greatly appreciate your feedback.
