What is your initial impression to the New Application workflow we have presented? Do you have any feedback or suggestions for the design team?
We are working on a feature that will allow you to view a list of recently submitted applications to the USPTO in order to access relevant data and documents and quickly begin any follow-on submissions. Is seeing a list of recently submitted applications a feature you would find useful, and in what ways would you use it?
When an application changes statuses, are there statuses that are more urgent to you than others? Are there any statuses that trigger a notification that are not important or informative to you?
We are developing several new features to help improve the process of receiving and sending correspondence for applications that you have access to. What sorts of features or functionality concerning Incoming Correspondence would help you the most in your day-to-day work?
ADS
We are gathering feedback about the Application Data Sheet in order to see what sort of improvements we can make in Patent Center. What changes would help you fill out the ADS faster and with fewer errors?
In the current EFS-Web, do you ever use the web-based ADS feature? In what situations would you use this instead of a PDF?
Customer Number Search
We are improving the functionality of the Customer Number Search currently in Private PAIR. What are main reasons you search by customer number? What sort of data are you usually looking for?
If you are interested in applications whose statuses have recently changed, would you view that on a per customer number basis or as an aggregate of all applications you are working on?
