This is a request to have the following changes made to EPA's Natural Gas STAR Program (Renewal) OMB#2060-0328 EPA ID# 1736.08: • The Annual Report Excel form for Gathering and Processing (Form 5900-102) was mislabeled. • The Implementation Plan Transmission (Form 5900-109) was missing. These items have been corrected/added.
