This reinstatement resulted in an adjustment change decrease of 23,786 annual burden hours [25,106 previously approved annual burden hours - 1,320 proposed annual burden hours =23,786] and a $402,823 decrease in annual cost to respondents [$429,518 previously approved annual cost to respondents - $26,695 proposed annual costs to respondents = $402,823]. These changes are due to conducting the assessment four instead of three time per year and the use of up-to-date information about the COMPASS user community in this request.
