This information collection will be
used to assess the satisfaction of users with FMCSA's strategic
decision to integrate its IT systems with its business processes
under a modernization initiative called COMPASS.
This reinstatement resulted in
an adjustment change decrease of 23,786 annual burden hours [25,106
previously approved annual burden hours - 1,320 proposed annual
burden hours =23,786] and a $402,823 decrease in annual cost to
respondents [$429,518 previously approved annual cost to
respondents - $26,695 proposed annual costs to respondents =
$402,823]. These changes are due to conducting the assessment four
instead of three time per year and the use of up-to-date
information about the COMPASS user community in this request.
