Short Statement: The DOL is proposing no discretionary changes to the ICR. Burden estimates have increased by 37,500 hours (from 150,000 to 187,500). This change is the result of the DOL increasing the average estimated time for responding, in accordance with comments the agency received in the routine operation of the SGA program. The number of responses and other burden costs remain unchanged.
