with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection is approved for a
period of two years. During this approval, the agency should work
with OMB to address issues of nonresponse bias in these surveys. In
the next request for approval, the agency must include, at the very
least, a plan and timeline for addressing nonresponse bias.

nut, and Hawaii tropical crops in States with significant
commercial production. These estimates are used by farmers,
processors, market orders, and government officials.

There is a program decrease of
-22 burden hours from the discontinuation of the Fruit Price survey
in PA. The adjustment increase of 2,790 hours is a result of States
list building efforts in preparation of the 2007 Census of
Agriculture.
