The increase in burden hours is
due to several key factors. The change in minutes it takes to
complete the new County Estimates questionnaire went from an
estimated 22 minutes to an actual of 25 minutes per questionnaire.
There is also an increase in the sample size for the Cash Rent
survey due to changes in sampling methodology. This was partially
offset by a slight decrease in some of the samples along with
reducing the frequency of the crop weather survey from 40 weeks to
35 weeks.
